PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (December 11, 2024) – We’re in victory formation on this year’s AAU Football season. A knee has been taken, the final whistle has been blown, and we have new AAU Football National Championships that have been crowned.

The first week of December saw teams from across the country travel to the panhandle of Florida to take the gridiron. Forty-two (42) teams across nine age groups took to the field with one goal in mind – earning an AAU National Championship. Even and Odd age groups were represented, starting at 6U through 14U.

Publix Sports Complex in Panama City Beach played host to this year’s event. Only a mile away from the beach, this complex is a small piece of paradise with pads cracking in the background. The complex has 13 tournament fields – nine (9) astroturf and four (4) natural grass – with the championship field that has seating for 1,500 spectators.

This year saw some familiar faces coming back to Florida including the Middle Georgia Power, Henrico Titans, Macon United, Raiders Elite, and more. The even-aged groups kicked-off first on December 2 with the odd-aged teams taking to the field on December 3.

Thursday, December 5, started bracket play for most divisions with the championship games taking place on Saturday.
